Terms & conditions

  1. The person making the booking is responsible for the booking and must be over 18 years of age.  He or she warrants that the party consists of a family or part of a family.  
  2. No more than the maximum number of persons stated on the booking shall be permitted to occupy the accommodation booked (a child or baby of whatever age counts as one person).
  3. No all male or all female groups of more than 2 people under 25 are accepted.
  4. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the chalets under any circumstances and this will result in the loss of your entire damage deposit.
  5. Guests are required to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and any damage or breakages should be notified to the owner and either replaced like for like before departure or monies will be deducted from the £50 damage deposit to cover any costs or replacements.  Any damage/excess cleaning/costs incurred above £50 will be invoiced to the guests home address for payment within 7 days.
  6. Subject to prior agreement one well behaved small dog is welcome at £25 per week at 71 and 82 Sunbeach, you will need to advise of the breed before booking.  Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on any of the furniture.
  7. No pets are allowed at 4, 69 California Sands and 67 Sunbeach.
  8. Electricity is paid for by a £1 pre-pay coin meter as per all chalets on the site.
  9. Chalet keys will be left in a security box in the porch on your arrival and should be left there on your departure.
  10. Your booking can be secured on receipt of a £100 non returnable booking deposit.  The balance plus a £50 damage deposit is due 4 weeks before arrival.  If the balance is not paid within this time then your booking will automatically be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
  11. If you cancel your booking within 4 weeks of your arrival then the full rental amount will be payable unless the property can be re-let.  If it is possible to re-let the property then the amount paid less the original £100 non returnable booking deposit, cost of any additional advertising and discounts to enable the property to be re-let will be reimbursed.  For all cancellations the damage deposit will be reimbursed.  It is recommended that you take out your own travel insurance to cover you for cancellation due to illness/accident/Covid-19 restrictions etc.
  12. When booking you will be required to provide your home address, contact number together with the names of each member of your party together with ages of those under 18.
  13. All bookings must be in accordance with Covid-19 restrictions as they apply at the time of your stay and if you book whilst you are under any form of restrictions which would prevent you from staying on holiday you will not be able to stay if restrictions are not lifted and you will not receive any refund. 
  14. If the restrictions in your area change after you have made your booking and prevent you from staying on holiday then any money paid can be put towards another stay within 12 months or a refund will be given less your £100 booking deposit. 
  15. If the restrictions change in Norfolk and the chalets have to close then you will either be offered a full refund or the opportunity to move your booking to an alternative date within 12 months.
  16. If you are booking the chalet in order to self-isolate after travelling to the UK you must notify me in advance and you must ensure that all government guidance applicable at the time is followed.
