4 California Sands Details

4 California Sands sleeps a family of upto 4 people.  This is a pet free chalet.

Unlimited free Wi-Fi included in your rental.  All chalets are non smoking inside but you can smoke outside.

Fully refurbished and fully equipped to a very high standard for this season accommodation comprises:

Open plan sitting/dining room: with comfortable leather suite seating upto 4 people, 42" digital TV with usual freeview channels and inbuilt DVD player, feature electric fire, glass dining table seating upto 4 with oak Karndean floor leading into open plan kitchen. 

Kitchen: newly fitted kitchen which is well equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, crockery etc.  Fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, built in multi function oven with induction hob, full size sink.  Washing up liquid together with fresh j-cloth and scourer will be included in your rent, there is also a supply of cleaning products (washing powder for the washing machine is excluded). Ironing board, iron and clothes airer. Oak Karndean flooring.

Family bathroom: newly refurbished with powerful walk-in electric shower, sink, toilet.  Tiled flooring.

Small lobby with coat hooks.

Master bedroom: with a comfortable double bed which has a memory pocket deluxe 1000 sprung mattress, full length mirror, side tables, lamps and double fitted wardrobe.  Electric wall heater.  

Second bedroom: with full size sturdy metal bunk beds with comfortable mattresses.  TV and DVD player.  Electric wall heater.  Wall mirror, built in double wardrobe and chest of drawers.  

Outside: Garden recliners, chairs and a small table are supplied and stored in the porch area which opens out onto a large communal grassed area and a south facing patio.  There is also the convenience of a retractable washing line.

Parking is off road, very close to the chalet and free.
